Provider Rules Apply
Refunds, cancellations, date changes, name corrections and reschedules are governed by airline, hotel, package vendor and payment gateway rules. Some fares or package components may be non-refundable.
Cancellation Requests
To request cancellation, contact our team with your booking reference, traveller details and reason. A request is not completed until the provider confirms the cancellation and applicable charges.
Refund Amount
Refundable value may be reduced by airline or vendor penalties, fare difference, taxes, convenience fees, payment gateway charges or service charges. The final refundable amount is confirmed after provider verification.
Processing Timelines
Refund timelines vary by airline, vendor, bank and payment method. After the provider releases funds, bank or gateway settlement may take additional working days.
Failed Or Duplicate Payments
If a payment fails or appears duplicated, share the payment reference with our support team. Paid bookings are verified through backend payment confirmation before any booking status is updated.
Package Booking Amounts
Booking amounts may be partially or fully adjustable against cancellation charges depending on package terms, hotel rules and vendor policies. Custom packages may have separate cancellation rules.
Support Process
Our team can help raise, coordinate and track eligible refund or change requests. Provider approval remains mandatory.
